My mission is to provide mentorship and resources to young women, empowering them to navigate the challenges of motherhood with confidence, assertiveness, and grace.

**Experience:**

My experience includes years of advocacy and mentorship within various community organizations, where I have had the privilege of supporting young women in their journey to motherhood. Through workshops, counseling sessions, and one-on-one mentoring, I have helped women cultivate the qualities of kindness, love, and assertiveness while providing guidance on setting healthy boundaries to prevent exploitation and abuse. Currently serving as the HR Coordinator at Cascade Senior Living, I oversee employee recruitment, manage the Home Care Aide (HCA) program, and conduct various HR functions across multiple locations. Previously, I held roles ranging from Founder-Administrator of a Home Care Agency to Executive Assistant of a Behavioral Health Organization showcasing my diverse expertise in operational management, HR, finance, and compliance within healthcare settings.

While my formal education may be limited, my knowledge and expertise stem from years of firsthand experience and a deep commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. I hold certifications in counseling, mentorship, and advocacy, which I have acquired through extensive training and professional development opportunities. My educational background includes coursework in Psychology, Sociology, Allied Health, English, and more from the College of Southern Nevada. I hold certifications as a Nursing Assistant, Certified CPR Instructor, Certified Personal Fitness & Nutrition Coach, and various leadership and counseling accreditations.

My skill set includes extensive supervisory experience, proficiency in executive assistance, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) expertise, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications, along with adeptness in Medicaid claims and billing, program integrity, and fraud and abuse reporting. I excel in motivating others, working under pressure, and embracing new challenges with a quick learning aptitude.

Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a commitment to excellence and compliance with regulations, fostering growth and operational efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
